10 meeting rooms all equipped with latest state of the art equipment. The meeting rooms come in various capacities ranging from the smallest room of 10 Pax to the biggest hall of up to 300 Pax on theater style set- up.
The new conferencing centre at Red Court Hotel includes seven conferencing rooms, three of which have an option of being adjoined to form one bigger room, two executive boardrooms, a fully equipped business centre and secretariat room. The equipment is quite impressive with a deliberate digital edge and a touch of class with features such as in-built High Definition LCD Projectors and drop down screens. Dolby surround high end speakers, data ports within 1 meter ideal for work stations, UPS back up power, wireless microphones, remote controlled air conditioning and state of the art digital display signage outside each meeting room. The most unique thing about our conference rooms is their quality to be Echo free; sound is evenly projected within these great rooms. They are truly unmatched!
The executive board rooms feature plush leather seats, mahogany board room tables for that elegant feel. They also have all the features of the other meeting rooms.
The Lounge area where tea and coffee is served is complemented by beautiful crystal chandeliers, a solarium roof for natural lighting and an elegant feel.
We have dedicated service staff that is able to assist in event design and organization, menus and equipment choice.
